Why Intelligent People fail at life

 Have you remembered the kid from your school who topped in class every year and your teachers and parents always told you- " look at him and learn something" from him. He was popular in school and everyone think that he will become something big in future. Fast forward after many years you found that the topper guy is doing a regular job somewhere. And you suddenly shocked. What the hell happened to him. He was so brilliant. He was expected to do something big and all he is doing is a regular job. How can a topper can be end up becoming a looser. 

Believe it or not but its a big tragedy worldwide that most of the intelligent and hard working people fail at life. They are brilliant mind who damned to live ordinary lives. Now you may be wondering how can this be true, well there are so many reason for it which I explained below.

Intelligent People Overthink

This is the biggest issue with every intelligent person. They overthink and overanalyze everything. Although they did it subconsciously. Due to this habit they always cease to take action. And as we all know taking massive action is the most important part to accomplish anything. If an average IQ person found some good idea to build a business and make money, he wall start execution immediately and will eventually succeed. But on the other hand if any intelligent person come through the same idea, he will try to analyze everything-the effort involved, how much time it will take, how much risk is involved in this, does someone did it before, is it actually feasible. And in this way he is either not going for execution or even if they do, they will do with a doubtful mind. And we all know half hearted action leads to nothing.

Intelligent people lacks Soft skills

Most of the intelligent people are nerdy in their initial phase of life hence they lack social skills. They don't know hoe to work in a team. They don't know how to delegate work. They don't know how to handle criticism. They lack skills to survive office politics. Overall due to lack of social skills intelligent people find it difficult to work in a organizational structure, forget about climbing corporate ladder.  

Intelligent people are lazy and simply don't like to work hard

Because of their high IQ and memorizing power intelligent people do good in studies without much effort. Hence their brain is trained in a way that they don't able to do hard work. And we all know any big accomplishment requires continuous hard work.  

Intelligent don't know how to handle failure in life 

Intelligent kid rarely see failures in their studies. Hence they are never prepared for handling failure in life. In life we have to deal with both success and failures. Anybody rarely goes from success to success. But handling failure is not easy. We lose our motivation to work further. But the will to continue even after the failure is the main reason for success. And this is what intelligent people lacks.

Intelligent people are mostly arrogant 

Last but not the least, most of the intelligent people are extremely arrogant. This may be due the feeling of superiority that they have higher IQ than others. Due to their arrogant nature they rarely able to work in a team and some even kicked out of organizations because in corporate ecosystem you have to behave everyone with politeness and diplomacy.
